Description

You will ideally have a degree in a technology related subject and be an expert with a proven record of technology management achievements.

You will be required to develop and implement necessary policies and business strategies to ensure technical functions achieve company targets and raise productivity and profitability.

Experience

The successful candidate will possess

7+ years management experience
Experience managing a project team of 30 or more people.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven process.
Experience in developing ROI-based business cases of technology systems deployment.
Experience in training/mentoring colleagues.
Proven accurate project estimation and project planning experience. Experience in managing expectations and managing cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with executive presence.
Outstanding time management and organization skills.
Confident team leader and team builder with strong motivational skills. Adept in problem solving and resolving conflict.
Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties.
