Description
The position is the Assistant to the chief HR officer. The applicant must keen too lead the HR projects such as ;
1. Performance Management System
2. Talent Management System (to produce more talented staff)
3. Organizational Development system
4. Global HR system
The supervisory responsibilities also includes to make good relationship with the other unions in the company. Basically, the suitable person required 'Generalists' experience at the HRO. The person must have personal skills such as Originality, Creativity, Flexibility and must take the Leardership.
Past Experiances:
Experience in the HR is required. The person with the experiences in two to three related companies (with at least in one foreign company) are highly welcome.
