Events / Embedded Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
….will be responsible for all new business development in the defined territory and or target account penetration utilizing consultative/solution selling for any application/Embedded/Enterprise services
· Build & Deliver the Revenue Plan for the Geography/ Vertical/ Segment
· Build & Manage the Direct Sales & Business Development Organization
· Work in close synchronization with the internal practice teams - Managed Services/ Delivery in the defining of the market requirement and go-to-market strategy
· Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
· Ensure customer satisfaction in projects delivery and thereby grow existing business
· Build & Develop indirect Sales Channel/ Alliances
· Exploit existing network/ relationship to network & create lasting relationships with Clients
· Position will carry direct Sales Quota
· Represent company at trade association meetings to promote
Mandatory Attributes:
· Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution/ IT Service Sales to large multinational clients
· Should have had a Fast Track growth path right through the career
· Should be self driven, independent with the strong history of high sales achievement (consistently over 100% quota-verifiable).
· Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive
· Financial management experience: estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment
· Solid Network & Relationship at CxO level and SBU heads
· Should have very good local industry knowledge
· Should be conversant with the local regional language and culture
· Open to Intensive Travel
· Experience in helping clients to identify, evaluate, and implement IT outsourcing
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment
· Hard-working, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented
· Strong, reference able track record with customers, channels and employers.
· Experience with both direct and indirect sales channels.
· Compelling, powerful references.
· Charismatic leader, solid 'team player'.
· Excellent communication and written skills.
· Excellent presentation and proposal/RFP skills

· Experience in selling System S/W, Application S/W services, enterprise software services, etc...
