· Develop and implement a plan to grow business within Japan
· Provide sales leadership and account management support to Vertical & Strategic Account teams with customers in this region.
· Identify, nurture and build new customers in region to enable geographical diversification.
· Relevant Sales and Account Management experience
· Experience working with large multi-national companies in domains such as Power Generation, Aerospace, and Oil & Gas
· Strong background providing engineering services &/or IT solutions to customers
· 10+ years of experience

STRATEGY/PLANNING
· Develop & operationalize the plan to build and grow revenue in the given geography profitably by developing in-depth strategies to sell more, up sell and cross sell.
· Integrate the needs of all Global Sales teams into annual sales plan for the geography to include Must Have Accounts and other requirements.
· Develop plans to build barriers to entry (for competition) and barriers to exit (for the customer) on Accounts within the geography.
· In-depth analysis of potential client market including competitive analysis and proposals for capability building.
OPERATIONAL/CUSTOMER
· Develop opportunities to grow business within the region by providing innovative and value added solutions.
· Capture “Voice of the Customer” and work with cross-business teams to maximize client satisfaction and to increase our opportunities for growth.
· Share the plans on a periodic basis with all other key stakeholders within and obtain their buy-in and commitment.
FINANCIAL
· Achieve targeted revenues from a diversified range of services as well as from current business from Must Have Accounts
· Realize revenue targets from the regional accounts, quarter on quarter.
PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT
· As regional presence expands, lead and guide subordinates by providing them with guidance in the area of business development, training and the required growth opportunities to ensure that subordinates are developed for higher-level roles.
