Our Ethics

We believe that a business's performance for a significant duration depends upon the quality of it's management. Those management executives are people, with capabilities and their own needs to pursue happiness. Our clients and those people who now or will be the fabric of our clients must be given the utmost respect and have confidence in our values.

All of our consultants subscribe to our ETHICAL PRINCIPLES and PRACTICE STANDARDS. Our emphasis is on quality relationships.

We are partners with our clients in a consultative process aimed at selecting organizational leaders. The success of these partnerships depends on excellence in client service. The following ETHICAL PRINCIPLES and PRACTICE STANDARDS describe the governance of our professional practices that contribute to our outstanding client service.

  • Conflicts of Interest: We avoid, or resolve through disclosure and waiver, conflicts of interest.
  • Confidentiality: We respect confidential information entrusted to us by clients and candidates.
  • Loyalty: We serve our clients loyally and protect client interests when performing assignments.

  • Public Interest: We conduct our activities with respect for the public interest.

We promote and advertise our services in a professional and accurate manner. We conduct relations with the media so as to reflect favorably upon clients and the executive search consulting profession.
